Hi all,

I'm new here. Does anyone have recommendations for good books or other resources for art nouveau stained glass pieces? I'm thinking about modeling my next tattoos on stained glass, and I *heart* art nouveau design. In fact, all of my current tattoos are art nouveau inspired (sorry I don't have better pics in my profile to show, but you can see little bits if you look hard). I'm also toying around with the idea of Frank Lloyd Wright glass designs, but I'm still definitely in the looking-around phase. Thanks!

Alfons Mucha's large and complex glass in St. Vitus Cathedral, Prague, is among the best I've seen in the Nouveau style. I will upload a picture if I can.

Hi ariana! I'm new here too.

I just started converting art nouveau designs for cross-stitch and tapestries and I got my ideas from Dover's Art Nouveau design book with CD-Rom. You should be able to find it in the Art section at any bookstore, I found mine at Borders. I also got some William Morris and Craftsman design books with CD-Rom. The designs are in dark black ink, easy to trace or copy. They range from $9.99 to $19.99. The Art Nouveau one was $14.
